Terms of Service

Kraftera provides custom software development services and the Kraftera Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

Our services include but are not limited to: • Custom software development (web, mobile, dashboard) • Kraftera Platform access and usage • Technical consulting and support related to the above The specific scope of each engagement is defined in individual project proposals or service agreements.

As a user of our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Use our services only for lawful purposes • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Not infringe upon intellectual property rights • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

All intellectual property rights in the Kraftera website, Kraftera Platform, and our proprietary tools remain with Kraftera. For custom software projects, intellectual property transfer is governed by the specific project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom-built code. Kraftera retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-confidential methodologies in future projects.

Kraftera shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data, profit, or business opportunities • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control • Third-party actions or services Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

For custom software projects, payment terms are defined in individual project proposals. For Kraftera Platform subscriptions: • Payments are billed monthly or annually as selected • All prices are in Turkish Lira (₺) unless otherwise stated • Late payments may result in service suspension • Refund policies are outlined in specific service agreements

Kraftera reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Izmir, Turkey. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
