Kraftera Business Suite is browser-based business management software (SaaS). For the duration of your subscription it gives you access to customer management, bookkeeping and invoicing, inventory, appointments, HR, project and document modules. • Every module is included in every plan. Plans differ by number of workspaces, team members, storage and support level. • The service is delivered electronically; there is no physical delivery. • Access opens the moment your payment is approved — performance begins immediately. • A 14-day free trial is offered at sign-up and requires no card details.

Monthly plans: Starter ₺399, Professional ₺799, Enterprise ₺1,999. Annual plans: Starter ₺3,990, Professional ₺7,990, Enterprise ₺19,990. • All prices shown are total amounts including VAT. No shipping, setup or service fee is added. • Payment is collected by credit or debit card through the iyzico infrastructure with 3D Secure verification. Your card details never reach Kraftera at any stage. • The subscription renews automatically for the period you chose (monthly or annual). The renewal amount is the amount in force when you subscribed; later price changes do not affect your existing subscription. • You can cancel at any time from the Billing page inside the app. After cancellation no further charge is taken and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. • The contract term is the subscription period you selected, and it extends automatically for the same period unless cancelled.

Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised for services performed instantly in an electronic environment and for intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly. With a Kraftera Business Suite subscription your access opens the moment payment is approved — that is, performance begins immediately. For this reason the payment screen asks you to expressly confirm that performance begins at once and that you therefore cannot exercise your right of withdrawal. Payment cannot start without that confirmation. Because the right of withdrawal does not apply, subscription fees are not refunded. In return: • You may cancel at any time and keep using the service until the end of the period you paid for. • You may try the product free for 14 days before buying, and decide without giving card details. • Your statutory rights in the event of a defective service are reserved; contact info@kraftera.com in that case. In the event of a dispute: • Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction over claims up to the monetary threshold set annually by the Ministry of Trade, • Consumer Courts of İzmir have jurisdiction over claims above that threshold. You may also apply to the arbitration committee where you reside.
