Cancellation and refund terms for our digital services

This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for Kraftera's custom software development services and Kraftera Platform subscriptions. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Digital Services — Non-Refundable Deliverables
Due to the nature of digital services, delivered software, code, designs, and other digital assets cannot be returned. Once work has been delivered and accepted, it is considered final. All deliverables are custom-built to your specifications and cannot be resold or repurposed by Kraftera for other clients.
Pre-Project Cancellation
If you cancel before work has commenced, any advance payments for unperformed work will be refunded in full within 15 business days. Discovery and consultation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable as they cover time and resources already allocated.
Mid-Project Cancellation
If you choose to cancel during an active project, charges will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. • 0-25% completed: 75% refund of remaining balance • 25-50% completed: 50% refund of remaining balance • 50-75% completed: 25% refund of remaining balance • 75%+ completed: No refund — project nearing completion All completed work and deliverables up to the cancellation date will be transferred to you.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. Within 30 days of final delivery, if the delivered product does not meet the mutually agreed specifications outlined in the project scope document: • We will make corrections at no additional cost • Corrections are limited to the originally agreed scope • Feature additions or scope changes are not covered under this guarantee This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by third-party services, hosting environments, or modifications made by parties other than Kraftera.
Kraftera Platform Subscriptions
Kraftera Platform subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation: • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period • Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation • After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted No refunds are provided under any circumstances for monthly or annual subscriptions. This applies to all billing cycles regardless of usage.
